Hi, neighbor! We're glad you found us.
Who we are
Newton Community Partnership (NCP) brings families, nonprofits, and local agencies together so Newton County families can find the help, programs, and people they need. We run free programs for kids and caregivers, connect volunteers with local causes, and keep a directory of community resources, all in one place.
Free programs for families
Play & Grow: A free drop-in playgroup for kids 0–5 and their grown-ups, held at parks around the county. Come play, meet other families, and take home a small craft.
Ready, Set, School! Club: A free early literacy program with stories, songs, movement, and crafts to help little ones get ready for school, with take-home books along the way.
Read with The Animals: Kids and grown-ups read aloud to adoptable pets at Newton County Animal Services. Everyone reads to the animals, and they're great listeners.
Dates and locations change each season, so sign up above to hear first.
