We have ongoing projects at the following sites:
- Great American Clean-Up: March 27, 2010. More Info Coming!
- Prevent Child Abuse Month: Prevent Child Abuse Newton (PCAN) will be hosting an entire month of April dedicated to preventing child abuse in Newton County. Come out and volunteer on April 17, 2010 at the Church at Covington where volunteers atleast 18 years or older can help with various projects. For more info call Sheena at (678) 342-4004.
- Chimney Park: Saturday, May 1, 2010. The 2nd Annual Hand-Made Fairy House Event will be taking place. The event will need various volunteers to help build the houses and cleanup around the park for the event. The aim of the event is to foster a sense of creativity and immagination for the youth of Newton County. So come out and help us!
- Community Gardens: Covington In-Ground, Covington Raised Bed and NOW the Porterdale Raised Bed Garden.
